Renewable Assets

The micro-renewables market has been developing only over the last two years, driven by the introduction of incentives such as the Feed-in Tariff and the Renewable Heat Incentive.

These incentives provide the owner of the renewable energy generating asset, such as a wind turbine or solar PV panels, with a government-backed inflation-linked return on their investment for a minimum of 20 years.

Many site-owners are taking advantage of these incentives and making the investment themselves.  However, for those unwilling or unable to make the investment, an alternative fully-funded solution has been developed that allows the site-owner to make use of electricity generated from a renewable source installed on their site free of charge.

We are working with developers of these sites for various renewable technologies, introducing them to institutionally managed funds seeking to acquire renewable energy generating assets for the predictable yield provided by the incentive payments.
